Olon's 11

The rendezvous point isn't glamerous; an abandoned space station once used for the scientific purposes of observing comets and asteroids, then abandoned as funding for the project was cut and the scientists had to pack up and go home.

But for now, the hangar has been turned into an impromptu lounge with music and alcohol. Various crates and simple chairs and cushions serve the purposes of furniture for now, as all members of the heist regroup to celebrate a successful job.

OOC: All PCs with ships are assumed to have been able to get to theirs and leave Hapes.

Kaurin was there, with cigar in his mouth, and cup of whiskey in his hand.

Still, he lowered himself into a chair a little stiffly. "Whew. Wonder if I'm getting too old for this."

"I forget, do Mandalorians retire? Like to old Mandalorian homes, or something?" Syneisha teased the man, reclining on stuffed bags herself as she nursed a bump at the back of her head with an icebag, and an iced drink in the other hand.

Addy was busy , having found herself one surface or another to sit on. Back in her same old and none of that too fancy wear. Casually nursing a cigarette in hand between her first two fingers she lazed there. Looking between those present, mulling on a thought.

"<Rwrraaar wrruaa hrr wrooo...>" Gruwmun commented on their little adventure, while he was arranging some more seats for folks by stacking up some crates and covering them with cushions and blankets.

Chomaron was in a good mood and high spirits. He went from person to person offering high fives, fist bumps, and alcoholic beverages. No-one was left out.

"What a ride. Heisting jewels off a train. Fightin a giant frikkin robot with laser eyes." His deep chuckle filled the space in the Hangar bay.

"And we only got a Jedi,' she chuckled with Chomaron. Opting for the fist bump when he was walking by with her free hand.

"A jedi? No way! Running security for Hapes?" He tried to puzzle that out but in the end just shrugged. "Who knows why those crazy space wizards do anything?"

As much as Teffa would have liked spending more time in fancy wear, have her hair up and pretending that she was a Chiss noble...it was nice to return to something more relaxing and somewhere you could put your feet up.

After that debris and dust bath she had received earlier from the explosion, she treated herself to a shower before showing up to the gathering the same old mechanics jumpsuit she wore to their first meeting together. She smiled brightly as she found herself in a comfortable seat on a couch. It looked like everyone was here. At this point, they should be thankful that they were alive and had their health. However, they were also filthy rich too! That was a twist she couldn't quite get over yet.

"I would have loved to stay in Hapes but I really had to go. Actually, I think I'm just fine not being there anymore," she chuckled.

Ava massaged her forehead. "How many bounties did we earn with a stunt like this?" She eyed the others with a bemused expression. "Good to know the rest of you are so eager to cause a mess though."

Isond pauses from assessing a bit of broken equipment with possibly salvageable parts. "Depending on how good a look they got on some of us." She glances at Vys who'd been pretty well right up in front of Lyza. "Might be worth spending some of this on a new face and name."

They accept Chomaron's high five with purposefully awful aim...just to watch him correct almost instantly. "How's that work when bounty hunting is your job? Do you still get to see the bounties on you?" Sipping whatever drink he'd passed along, they continue thinking down that path. "If you turn yourself in and claim the bounty and we rescue you...can they claw the bounty back? I mean, I'm pretty sure that earns you a bigger bounty, but it would be pretty legendary, right?"

Alsten hung around in the back sipping from a can of Cola. The series of battles he'd had today was a bit concerning but he pushed that from his mind.

After all it was time for the loot, right?

HK joined in the celebrations. "Statement: Yes, we dig giant robots." He smiled. Digitally.

"Good work everyone!" Betsy also piped up.

"Old Mandalorian homes? Yeah right." He snorted. "But maybe I can tell stories in a bar, or something. That's like retirement."

Olon came into the room, smiling gently. "Well done, everyone. Well done."

She sat in a comfy chair.

Chomaron turned to look at his old friend, favouring her with a toothy grin. "So, you do know how to pick 'em." Gesturing to the crew of criminals he chuckled deeply.

To Isond he gave a little salute. "Anyone comes for a Bounty on me gonna find a little surprise. Ain't that right Dum-dum?" He winked over at the Worst monkey-lizard, which was currently looking shifty over by the crown jewels.

Gruwmun, finished with arranging seats for everyone, approached Alsten. The wookie's furry paw patted Alsten gently on the shoudler as he made a concerned little roar.

"I need to make some arrangements," Ava said, scratching the back of her head. "I can't see myself celebrating until I know we have our money safe and sound."
