Destiny Pool (Session 1)

For this game, Destiny will be restricted to 2 points per IC day per character. This limit can be upped if we feel that people are underspending Destiny. This does not apply to combat, as it's more normal there for players and GMs to spend and use Destiny more freely.
Players use Light Destiny points, GMs use Dark Destiny points.
