Given the one at a time nature of the rolls, will Advantage/Threat/etc. from earlier ones possibly affect later ones?

Is the bet payout accurate?

Say you have a 100 Credit Bet:

-100

You win, and get a 110% Payout:

+110

You walk away with: +10 Credits?

Yes, that was deliberate. The house always wins, and in Port Nowhere, it also robs you.

Note the negotiation option to increase the payout.

Yes. You can, in fact, help someone make a bet and then steal what they didn't give you.
