Day 0 (Pre-game)
Weather: It's space. It's cold outside, no kind of atmosphere. Port Nowhere is currently located somewhere in the Outer Rim. Which probably fits its namesake well as the current location truly is nowhere.
News: Port Nowhere doesn't have dedicated newscast, but frequently pick up news from other parts in the galaxy. Sometimes at random. The station currently has difficulties with picking up much contact with the holonet, making it a lackluster day for anyone trying to get an idea of what is happening in the galaxy at large. Various spacers coming in are talking about troubles in Imperial space, some fancy royal wedding happening between some independant systems, and political quagmires in the Republic.
With the absence of transmissions from the Holonet they play cool music instead through most of Port Nowhere.
RULES OF PRE-GAME
All approved characters can join Pre-game. If there is a matter of a simple math-mistake on the sheet, but everything else is in order, you will be allowed to join the pre-game. Pre-game is not mandatory, and is merely a couple of days to settle into the character and the feel of things.
Pre-game takes place the day before Day 1 in terms of game-time, as most characters are arriving at Port Nowhere. Characters may choose to have arrived before this, and those without their own ship are assumed to have hitched a ride with any other ship heading for the Port (so as this is a port of scum and thieves, they were probably as shady as you).
For pre-game, the following rules apply:
- You only have 4 timeslots (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night) at your disposal. Using the Night-slot will not impact your character's rest between Day 0 and Day 1. This means you can have up to 4 Pre-game threads.
- Location will be Space or Port Nowhere.
- No dicerolling.
