For the gambling.

So we are supposed to wager something of value for the high stakes option.

Is there a credit amount here? Or are we supposed to use out best judgement?

Something that is important to your character, or they consider valuable.

Like, they won't accept you wagering a stimpack. But your old trusty armor? That's ok.

This is a style question, rather than anything with super nefarious plotting.

Item's are turned in when bet, or is it like with other such bets (ships) you sorta just say you put it up and then whoever wins comes to collect their prize later?

Either works. All the NPCs have the item with them.

PCs can either have the item with them, or show a holo of the item in question. Of course there might be big reprecussions to not follow through on the agreement.
